WomenNC 2015 (Annual) Local-to-Global Fellowship Forum

WomenNC welcomes you to our 6th annual Fellowship presentation and dinner featuring our NC university students chosen as WomenNC’s 2015 CSW Fellows. The Fellows will share their research in advance of their participation at the 59th United Nation’s Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) in New York. We will also welcome our guest speaker, Annie E. Clark, a 2010-2011 Women NC Fellow, who was awarded the "Ms. Wonder Award" by Ms. Magazine and the Feminist Majority Foundation this year. Clark and the organization she co-founded, End Rape On Campus, were recognized for their "courageous fight to stop sexual violence on campus."

We will be hosting local officials, non-profits, academics, business leaders, students, and community members. Please join us to learn more about the status of women & girls in North Carolina and around the world!

Along with our dinner program and presentations from the CSW Fellows, WomenNC will be hosting a raffle with fabulous prizes -- $100 gift baskets, designer apparel, and a special weekend getaway to Indian Beach, to name a few! You won't want to miss it.
